Cryonic’s Research and Development arm has been working in conjunction with a number of medical schools, research hospitals and university research departments for 10 years to validate its methods scientifically and constantly improve the design, performance and application of its products. These clinical reports are systematically validated by professionals from the healthcare sector.
Because Neurocryostimulation is a technique that evolves on a daily basis we remain in constant contact with our clients so as to design and develop new systems to cater for their needs.
The company’s policy has always been to improve and expand its products on a daily basis. Through our research into design and ergonomics we are able to develop specialised and practical equipment that is easy to handle and perfectly suited to everyday needs.

Gas Service
The nature of carbon dioxide makes it useable in cryogenics. By reducing pressure while in its liquid phase it can be produced at a constant temperature of -78°C in the form of carbon dioxide snow microcrystals. Upon contact with cutaneous tissue it produces a thermal shock that triggers the reflex reaction of neurocryostimulation.
Cryonic offers an online ordering service for its clients in France. Our Gas Service takes the orders and organises immediate delivery, as well as empty cylinder collection.

After-Sales Support
Our After-Sales Support service is available to take your calls from Monday to Friday.
Based on requests made to the After-Sales Support service, a monthly quality appraisal is carried out to assess the corrective measures needed to improve the standard of our products for our clients.
Our objective is zero product deficiency.

Training Department
Cryonic Médical has prided itself for several years on its provision to clients of not only a product but also a comprehensive training package.
The need for ongoing training is voiced by socioprofessional sectors across the board.
We are thoroughly committed to this initiative, and offer our clients a specialised training course covering cold physiology, the body’s reactions, NCS mechanisms and using the product and area-specific protocols.
Supplementary training modules are available on the subject of ‘trigger’ points, in which treatment by NCS is set to become part of standard therapeutic practice.

Our Training Department has training organisation accreditation (member no. 43390049339) from the Government’s employment department, enabling clients to offset registration and travel costs against tax.
The training courses provide in-depth knowledge of the therapies being used. They enable you to offer an enhanced rate of return on patient treatment in a perpetually changing healthcare environment.
Our training courses are available both nationwide and overseas through our international partners.

Medical Department
Our Medical Research Department works with a large number of hospital-based and general practitioners and hospital research departments.
We carry out clinical studies enabling us to validate our results, design new treatment programmes and experiment with new protocols.
Our referent doctors and clinical research scientists regularly publish their work, both via formal papers given at national conferences and in the form of theses and articles in scientific publications. |
The future for this technology is promising: research into and development of the medical applications of NCS has barely begun.
